Make at event. All materials will be provided.
Students must work with a partner to combine water, yeast, sugar, and salt in an effort to produce the most Carbon dioxide gas in the least amount of time. The fastest rising barometer wins!
Students may want to research ahead of time to determine the optimal combination of ingredients that will produce the most gas.
